The Botheven gusseting machine with cutting and sewing line is designed to flawlessly form side gussets with bottom fold and stitching. Key elements include:
- Unwinding unit with EPC control.
- Micro-perforation unit for fabric processing.
- Gusset forming unit equipped with infrared rays to ensure precise and stable gusset quality.
- Mark sensor for accurate positioning of printed fabric rolls.
- Cutting unit with both cold and heat cutters for flexible operation.
- Bottom fold and sewing unit for strong and consistent sealing.
- Automatic counting and stacking delivery unit for finished bags.
